Fans are strongly recommended to wear a face mask but they are not required or mandatory. This is subject to change in accordance to artist's request or venue's policy.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Our COVID Policy is regularly updated and implementation are set in place in consideration for our fans, artists and event workers.

Upon entry, all attendees are required to either:

Provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19  with matching ID. "Full vaccination" means 14 days or more  following the final dose of a US FDA approved or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19 (e.g., Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, and Sinovac).

OR

Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test with matching ID. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event. (e.g for an event that is on Sat, the test must be taken on Wed or later. If the event is on Fri, the test  must be taken on Tues or later)

As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 5, a proof of a negative COVID test (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center will be required. Test results must be dated within 72 hours of the event.

Attendees may also be asked to go through extra precautions like a fever check to ensure extra precaution for all participates health and safety.

FACE MASK REQUIREMENT

Attendees must wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating and drinking. Entry would be denied if face masks is not worn.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PROOF

During Check In, we will require the following:

• Government-issued Photo ID

AND one of the following:

• Original CDC Vaccination Card
• A printed copy of CDC Vaccination Card or Negative Test
• Photo on a smartphone of your CDC Vaccination Card or Negative Test
• Digital record of Vaccination Card or Negative Test

Your photo ID must match the name on your Vaccination Card or Negative Test documentation.

A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center. Test results must display name, result, and timestamp in order to be accepted. Name on the test result must match the Government issued ID of the attendee to gain entry. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your first entry into the event.

ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All attendees agree to follow our COVID Policy along with the Venue's implication they set for COVID.

By entering the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available HERE

WHAT IS CONSIDERED “FULLY VACCINATED”?

HOW DO I SHOW PROOF THAT I AM VACCINATED?

During Check-In please show staff for your specific Tier : Physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card; a digital copy of such card; other proof as is permitted locally OR A photo of the front and back of your vaccination card. A government issued Photo ID must be presented with proof of vaccination in order to be accepted.

WHAT IF THE ATTENDEES ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 5?

As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 5, a proof of a negative COVID test (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center will be required. Test results must be dated within 72 hours of the event.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PROOF OF VACCINATION?

As stated within the ticket description before purchasing: Attendee confirms that at the time of the event they will provide verification that they will either have been fully vaccinated or received a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours of the event. You won't get in without it.

IF I FORGET MY PROOF OF VACCINATION AND DON'T ATTEND THE SHOW, CAN I GET A REFUND?

No, attendees were made aware before order purchase and resources reminders were provided to notify entry requirements. All sales are final.

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF GETTING VACCINATED, CAN I STILL ATTEND THE SHOW?

Yes, Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test with matching ID. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event.

I’M VISITING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, WHERE OTHER COVID VACCINES ARE APPROVED FOR USE (ASTRAZENECA, FOR EXAMPLE), WILL I BE ABLE TO GET IN?

Yes, as long as you're considered fully vaccinated.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A FACE MASK THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT?

Yes, attendees must wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating and drinking. 

WHAT KIND OF COVID TEST WILL BE ACCEPTED?

A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center. Test results must be taken within 72 hours of the event. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.

HOW DO I SHOW PROOF OF NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST WHEN I ARRIVE?

A printed document OR electronic test results displayed on a phone or other device. The information should include your name, type of test performed, and negative test result. A government issued Photo ID must be presented with the negative COVID test in order to be accepted.

CAN WE SHOW ANTIBODIES TEST INSTEAD OF NEGATIVE TEST OR FULL VACCINATION PROOF?

No, only proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results will  be accepted for entry.
